Or does any one now if the southern league ever had pins before, it possibly did, everyone had pins in the olden days

They decided at meeting to shift practises, back to 8 pm, Jackie tells me I text everyone I know, hopefull they text everyone they know, Ryan puts it on the website, I don’t see the issue….I mean admittly jackie to Ryan would be faster step, but perhaps jackie doesn;t have Ryans number..

Thats what happened most of the year for other practise shifts…Jackie tells me I text on to the 20 or so hockey players I have numbers for which include Hellyer, so it should get on the website

Yeah I just was specualating on the reason they don’t advertise…. I was serious about camera work though…. I mean the all blacks advertise the ones the ones they won’t people to come to, but the yhave a butt load more that no-one is allowed to, well at least thats what they told us, on evidence from france you would have to wonder?

Especially knowing Ryan he would film the whole thing and upload it, and then all the other teams could figure out ways to beat them1!!!

Look my only issue with the name, is being able to identify where its from, Botany Downs, yeah its in Botany. West Auckland in West Auckland, Canterbury funnily enough canterbury. Southern in the south.

East Coast….Is that like near ruatoria? yeah I think it is, why are they playing out of Dunedin then…

Like if you think about this from purely a marketing thing, it would be far better to have a location name people can identify with, rather than an arbitary location

The name of the team doesn’t mean diddily when it comes to where the players are from.
Vince played from southern Stampede last year but he came from Canterbury. The Team name indicates where the team is from, and since Southern is taken.

Dunedin is as good a geographical indicator of where the team is based as any. Same as Otago….
If the team is called the Dunedin Stars that doesn’t stop player not from Dunedin Playing.
Like the Otago Highlanders. Clearly Southland is not included in that Moniker but is included in the team.
Canterbury Crusaders where does the Nelson-Bays and West Coast fit into that name.
Wellington Hurricanes, (Bay of Plenty and Taranaki have arguement there.)
the list goes on..

To indicate surprise, where it is not surprising enough to warrant a cuss word

I notice you got definition of Urban dictionary perhaps, Gitty is what giddy sounds like when Fifty cents, snoop dogg, or Flava Flav say it
