Whats the difference between the All Blacks and a tea bag?
A tea bag stays in the cup longer.
MichaelMember[quote:2niwp8d8]A much improved performance by John McGlashan saw them score a goal and keep Kings to only four goals. Kings 4 John McGlashan 1. If the Johnnies team continue this rapid improvement they may yet move from the wooden spoon position come semi-finals time.[/quote:2niwp8d8]
Johnnies defaulted before the game to use extra players that are not on there team list, this may explain the sudden improvement.
MichaelMembera different day <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/sad.gif" alt="” title=”Sad” />
MichaelMemberohh I could play goal lol, if theres a spare ref there of course.
MichaelMemberIll make up numbers if need be.
MichaelMemberWould love to, however I have no skates.
MichaelMemberwell as I see it, Chris has come up with a pretty good list, I’m happy with that, it will work out to benefit everyones pockets.
MichaelMemberYou may need to send an email around with the transport details Chris, If Julian still plans on going up on his own then he can foot his own petrol bill.
MichaelMemberwell according to Julian, he is taking his own car up.
MichaelMemberI will consider buying a pair if this is going to be a regular thing.
MichaelMemberI’d be keen, so long as I can borrow skates
MichaelMemberutorret and azureus work fine with mine.
MichaelMembersure why not.
MichaelMemberahh true, they are indeed the total. However the reason for SH/PP G is they stand out from a regular goal, I don’t think having a separate stat for regular goals is really needed? However it is easily added as its just goals total minus the SH/PP Goals.
MichaelMember[quote:3qypw0qt]No, OTT can’t exist. As far as I know, if a game goes to overtime, it will eventually be resolved by golden goal or penalty shootout. I’m not aware of an ice hockey rule set which has ‘some overtime’ and then if there’s no goal, keeps it at a draw (rugby league does this, the warriors played an eventual draw earlier this year).[/quote:3qypw0qt]
I figgured as much, I will remove it.
[quote:3qypw0qt]You don’t have any stats to do with penalties, which you’ll need. Number of penalties for a player, total penalty minutes for a player, total penalty minutes for a team.[/quote:3qypw0qt]
Ahh, I knew I was missing something, I will add PIM (penalty infraction minutes) to player, team and goalie stats, I am also going to have a more detailed out put when viewing the players penalties on the type etc.
[quote:3qypw0qt]If you list PPG/A, and SHG/A, wouldn’t it be sensible to also list even strength for both?[/quote:3qypw0qt]
Im pretty sure you just mean a normal G (goal) or a normal A (assist). So G and A are the same as even strength goals <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cheesy.gif" alt="” title=”Cheesy” />
