Leave it, you’re on top of it. She’s already seen them, so we’ve missed that window.

Somebody called Marty Newell from Queenstown is doing the redesign apparently.

Hopefully they’ll have new information about the 2008 NZIHL when it relaunches.

Looks like an OK job. Nice to have news that is recent and up-to-date – they’re current with the world champs and so forth.

Kind of strange to have everything presented as a pdf, but I guess there’s a reason for it.

That’s umm. Weird. The comment about Wgtn doesn’t match the little I know about Wellington’s attempts to get an ice rink, but I’m not too well informed.

If they are still using the wysiwyg part of dreamweaver they are not a web designer, they are a graphic designer who knows how to use some point and click software.

Well, these guys design templates for non-web designers to use and add content to. Dreamweaver is ideal for that.

    Hi,

I’ll email you some contact details rather than posting them on the web.

That’s not dreamweaver, that’s design choices.

Some of the best web designers I’ve worked with use dreamweaver. If people make bad templates, there’s nothing the software can do.

Can you guys let me know if you are still experiencing the login bugs please. I’ve updated WordPress and am hoping that will have ironed out whatever bizarre bug was causing the original problem.

I’m not getting it anymore, but I’ve changed my bookmark so I haven’t actually checked.

ETA: No, seems to be fixed now.

    It isn’t on the schedule.

I wonder if, given that the schedule has all teams coming together for these tournament things, if people will be selected at tournaments rather than coming together for trials.

Well seriously, in that case you should do it.

He’d never see his linemate coming.

Yeah. The main stress relief seems to be to drive him into the boards next chance you get. Or a good trip. Up to you really. People will support you either way!

I didn’t catch all the game, but it seemed like you guys pushed them pretty close, which is good. Looked like the competition could have been a cake-walk for them when you saw the lineups, but 3-2 is a good score in what was effectively a final.

Dunedin Green/Thunder win the Easton Cup, and associated Easter Eggs, after taking their game over Dunedin Graham/Oldtimers, 3-2 (real close game, couple of disallowed chances in the Thunder net, and a last minute goal from King getting them over the line.

Old timers come second, Gore 3rd. Some good games of hockey.

    Ah, cheers Michael.

I have to say, the 5 minute three on five was weird. When Kings had the puck, Bullfrogs didn’t have much pressure on them. Typically when you’re two men up and the other team has the puck, you’d put at least two players on it. Bullfrogs were still waiting around for Kings to make their move and hanging back. Often there was no one on the puck. And at one stage one Kings player retrieved a dump-in, and the other two casually changed. It was second period, a really slow change, so one Kings player was playing 1 on 5, and he held possession and got the pass up ice to his team mates.
