Joyce always replies quickly its just a matter of her actually been able to do what she says, so don’t give her to many things to do at once and you’ll be sweet.[/color:2x6i6ses]

So why don’t we just call for non checking again this year, how many actual Dunedin teams can we field anyway that are able to play center ice checking. Surely they would have better chance at getting a higher number of teams entered if they make it non checking unless both teams agree to it.

I guess having only two lines per team means they get more teams entered and they get more money from it. Man this sucks I’ve been looking forward to this competition all year only to find out I can’t enter my team  :'([/color:2udpsvw6]

Yeah I already knew about the 11 players thing, but if its checking I can’t field a team that kinder sucks as limits the teams that can enter.

Ok I got a big lecture from Neil for booking ice, specially if the money is been paid by the club.

Lol shoved in the back of a car with a dog sounds great. Phil has been organizing me so he said he’d take me over and shout me a beer, but yes it is going to be very depending on the weather and at the moment I can safely say it won’t be happening. Although it is suppose to fine up on the Sunday.

Its weird why don’t they just make the games a little latter in the day.

You won’t be able to book the ice times like that Jane you need a DIHL board member to do that, pretty much Jackie and Joyce and maybe Phil. But Jason, Jack etc can’t book it for you.[/color:38gepqu3]

I think they will probably charge us to register the game with them anyway, I agree with Ryan and believe that its not worth it.

This person is officially banned till December this year.

This is what Phil received from Jerome

There are three players currently serving suspensions, Renato Carenza 45 days due to expire some time in July. Dwayne Bell twelve months due to expire in December this year. Gary Collison banned forever. The latter was the trouble maker last time they played in Dunedin I believe. Register this game or games with the NZIHF through the local association and you should have no problems. Advise Canterbury current playing members only of the CIHA will be able to play. This should cover it.

    Kind regards

    Jerome Raateland

Apparently the list of banned members can be obtained via Jerome Raateland (NZIHF head referee).

    Ryan,
