I competed in the Sentrumsl\u00f8pet today, a 10 km running race around the streets of Oslo. I am the fattest I have been in my life, I am the most out of shape I’ve ever been in my life, I am nursing an achilles heal injury and rather insanely decided that competing in this thing would be a good way to kick my arse off the couch. Well it did kick my arse of the couch indeed, but I swear almost killed me in the process. 61.5 mins later I felt like I was about to pass out. Thankfully there were 4500 smoking hot Norwegian girls to admire enroute, so it was all worth it \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
