Stretching whilst hiking

Stretching the heck out of my Achilles tendon before exercise. After a few years of doing this, my Achilles tendon is finally healthy again 🙂

The last time I went abseiling was in 1992. That time didn’t go so well, mostly because we had a silly teacher barking orders at us.

Fun day out at the Science Center Berlin, for an exhibit about human mobility.

I organised a hike for the Berlin Hikers meetup group. A ton of people came along 🙂

We chose the hottest weekend of the year to go on a bike camping trip to Liepnitzsee, a small lake north of Berlin.
