Stretching the heck out of my Achilles tendon before exercise. After a few years of doing this, my Achilles tendon is finally healthy again 🙂
Erpetal hike
I went on a beautiful hike from a small place called Erpetal in Brandenburg.
Camping at Liepnitzsee
We chose the hottest weekend of the year to go on a bike camping trip to Liepnitzsee, a small lake north of Berlin.
Cycling to Bernau
I went on a cycle tour to Bernau today. We took an awesome route on super smooth roads. The total distance was 110 km, so I definitely feel tired now 🙂

A group of us headed by bike to Werder, a small town south of Berlin to the Baumblütenfest (blossom festival) there.
